follow a patch which fixe the problem with postgres.
not tested with mysql but should work
I juste replace integer field that can be empty by NULL instead of ''

The problem is empty field.
'' is an empty string and not an integer.
you can't update an integer field with ''
there are 2 solution, removing empty field in SQL when update or replace ''
with NULL for integer (int, bigint...)
