This support request has been closed as there has been no
response for at least 2 weeks since the last follow up post. If
this is still a problem please post a new bug report on our bug

You must enable the applications for the users/groups you
wish to have access to these apps.
Go to Admin->User Groups->Select a Group and tick on the
apps you want the users in that group to have access to.
