Can you please do the following ...
Firstly run a cvs update:
1 cd /path/to/phpgroupware
2 cvs -z3 update -Pd
Secondly, in the calendar there should be a select listbox,
which allows users to see the other user's calendar entries
(as long as they are not marked as private).
