Manually creating the directory will break the vfs. Double check that you have
D:/WWW/TheHub/htdocs/phpgroupware/files/home exists as a directory that your
webserver can read and write to.
This should fix it. Let me know how you go.

Hi thanks for that I removed the file manager directory from m PHPGW directory
and the cvs seems to have worked. However when I go into PPHwebhosting I get
the following error.
Error: Could not create directory /home/jim.mcatear
(D:/WWW/TheHub/htdocs/phpgroupware/files/home/jim.mcatear
I have created the directory mentioned above to see if this would get round the
problem, but I'm still getting the error.
Any thoughts thanks

filemanager has now been replaced with phpwebhosting as of version 0.9.14 -
which will be renamed filemanager in the next release. move filemanager out of
your phpgw install directory and try the cvs update again.
