Try
Admin->User Groups (or Admin->User Accounts)
and enable some more apps

Hello,
I have installed phpgroupware and all
applications in the latest release from this site.
When looking in the applications manager all are
enabled. But on the navigation bar there are only 8
applications available for use? Why?
Do i have to setup which users can view which
applications? If so how?
If i do - shouldnt it let the admin view all the
applications anyways ?
