Yes, HTMLArea will be used in 0.9.18, but not 0.9.16

Hi again,
I was wondering if it could be a hard task to add the
possibility of activating a GPLed wysiwyg HTML editor
such as HTMLArea (works under Mozilla and IE I think).
It would be very nice to demonstrate how to send
HTML-featured messages in the whole groupware.
Moreover, it could also be possible to replace all the
formating stuff in wiki by this kind of useful app.
Wikis have a great popularity in the geeks/computer
scientists community, but for a lot of people that
could find it useful, it is still too much hard to
learn how to write in wikis.
