[Phpgroupware-users] Please confirm CVS steps.

Hello,
Can someone please verify that I am using CVS correctly.
The steps I am taking are as follows:

Initial install
cvs -d:pserver:address@hidden:/cvsroot/phpgroupware login
cvs -d:pserver:address@hidden:/cvsroot/phpgroupware co 
-r Version-0_9_14-branch phpgroupware
cd into phpgroupware
cvs co -r Version-0_9_12-branch phpgwapi adrressbook admin setup 
cvs update -Pd

I install more than just those four modules.

My question is do you just use
cvs update -Pd
to update your install or are there more steps that I am missing?
