I have also noticed delete problems in the address book as well.. This was a
real issue when I was using LDAP to store the address book entries, I have
since swapped back to using SQL for storing the address book entries.. still
some quirks.. but it's not as bad..
Have seen similar problems with the calender as well, It happens when
selecting Participants.. and if the tick is removed from yourself being a
participate.. after that has happed.. no one can delete, or edit the
event.. The only way I delete entries after that has happened, is via the
SQL server it self..
