hello,

I permit to write you because you post a message in phpgroupware user
list about
a problem when sending email,

I have exactly the same problem except that the smtp mailer is sendmail,

yours :
c->s: MAIL FROM:<address@hidden>
s->c: 250 Ok
c->s: RCPT TO:<>
s->c: 501 Bad address syntax

so I have :
c->s: MAIL FROM:<address@hidden>
s->c: 250 2.1.0 <address@hidden>... Sender ok
c->s: RCPT TO:<>
s->c: 550 5.1.1 <>... User unknown

how did you solve this problem ("RCPT TO" field is blank)
