[Phpgroupware-users] Tables for other applications not created

I just installed phpgroupware, went through the config, and everything
seemed to work okay. However, I can't enable any of the other
applications. Calendar, to-do, etc... work fine, but anything not
visible by default (headlines, phonelog, bookkeeping, etc...) does
not - I just get a sql error. 

It looks like the tables for those applications have not been created
- where should this have happened? I tried to rebuild the tables using
the config screen, but that didn't help.

Where should I look for this?
