[Phpgroupware-users] Error: header.inc.php.template does not exist

Hi
I am getting following error when I submit in <groupware/setup>. I have
tried 2 different combinations (on different machines). One with
phpgroupware-0.9.12-3mdk (shipped with Mandrake 8.2) and other with
phpGroupWare-0.9.14.RC3-1. They both have the same problem. Any ideas?


Template Error: filename: file ..//header.inc.php.template does not exist.
