I think you need to install qt for windows.  Try this url

Hello, I'm attempt to install the windows client, in all OS
(95,98,NT,2000,XP) and when I execute project.exe,  the system return "Error
start application Don't find qtintf.dll". I search on the phpgroupware's web
but I don't see documentation of the client, somebody know the problem or
have documentation?
