[Phpgroupware-users] Problem Access Some Features

I have just upgraded from .12 to .14 RC3 and I am able to access the 
important things like my Calendar but I am having problems with some 
features not working. When I click on the addressbook or the 
administration icons I get the following information.

Template Error: loadfile: link is not a valid handle.
Halted.
