[Phpgroupware-users] Install Problems

I was looking through the archives and saw a few days (maybe weeks) back 
someone was having a problem where during installation when they tried to 
install the applications it just kicked them back out to the login to setup 
screen. I wondered if this had ever been solved as I didn't see a solution 
on the archives. I have the same problem is why am curious.
