Update:
I just commented out all the whole 'time-a.nist.gov:13' IF routine in
class datetime to see what happens.
It's up to speed ! So that's definitely the problem.
Now for the 1970 thing. He systems say's I'm still young ;-)
Any suggestion what to look for?
For now I will search the cvs notes archive.
