[Phpgroupware-users] Apache 2.0.39 w/ PHP 4.2.2 - phpGW 0.9.14 setup can't even be completed past header setup page

Apache 2.0.39
PHP 4.2.2 (glob variables - on)
MySQL 3.23.51

I have tried to install phpGW on my system, but after first step of setup 
(header file) once I log in and press the first database install button, it 
just bounces me to the log-in page (setup log-in, not user log-in).
Any ideas?
