[Phpgroupware-users] 0.9.14.000 (Final) has been released....

This release is a significant enhancement over the 0.9.12 release. 
There are numerous bug fixes and some new features to include: 

        SETUP - can now handle full API and application upgrades, 
        XML-RPC/SOAP - services now available via XML-RPC/SOAP calls.

This release can be obtained at the following URL:

http://www.phpgroupware.org/downloads.php

Any of the methods (RPM/TGZ/BZIP2/ZIP) of install includes the CVS dirs to
ease the update process as, with all projects, bugs will be found and need
attention.

If you already have a .14.RC? release installed, you should be able to
issue the following to update to the latest:

cd <your phpgroupware dir>
cvs -z9 update -dP | less

the "| less" could also be substituted with "| more".  This allows you to
view a list of files that have been updated since your last CVS update.
You may need to type <CTL>-l to refresh the screen properly.

If you do find problems/anomalies with the software, please identify them
to http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?group=phpgroupware .  This is the primary
focal point where developers will look for software problems.
