[Phpgroupware-users] Todo list and logs.

I am running phpgroupware 0.9.14 with todo list of the same version.  After 
clicking "Add" on the main todo list page, I fill out the "Add main project" 
form and hit "Submit".  Unfortunately all I get is that same form back but 
empty, and the item is not added to the list.  What am I doing wrong?

On a more general note, where can I find logs generated by phpgroupware?  I 
would at least like to see error logs (besides the error log from the web 
server), but I would really like to put it in debug mode and see very verbose 
logging.  Is that possible?
