You need to install php-xml on your system.  I'm guessing that you 
installed via rpm's originally - if so check your cdrom's as the php-xml 
rpm file might be there.  If not go to http://rpmfind.net/linux/RPM/ and 
find the right one for your distro - that should fix things for you.
