Well, the table doesn't exist error is what I got:

Mysql> DESCRIBE phpgw_headlines_sites;
ERROR 1146: Table 'phpgroupware.phpgw_headlines_sites' doesn't exist
Mysql>

I assume I need to create a table for this?  Is it an empty table?  If
not empty, what goes into this table?
