Chris & Marco,TTS works for me also. Are you using the email feature for TTS? If so, when you create a new ticket and enter the "Details:" in the generated email, in the message section under "Original Ticket Details:" does the Details from the new ticket show up? If the details do not show up in the email, is this a bug? If the details do show up in the email do you have any ideas why mine would not be? I am using the TTS that came with the RPM for phpgroupware 0.9.14.001.
