[Phpgroupware-users] how to i change the permission to the TEMP folder which created by phpgroupware

hai, Me again! Can anyone tell me how do i change the
permission for the TEMP folder which created but
phpgroupware.

Cos now i was face one problem that :

That mean i can't remove the TEMP folder, but at
windows site i didn't change any read only permission.
Have i need to change the permission at
"class.doattach_file.inc.php" line 306, change the
mode from "0700" to "0777"?
