hey, good morning, i am cesar from Colombia, my problems is that i can not
to attach files in phpgroupware-0.9.14.003.
this is:

  check the attachments file in this mail: php.ini and http.conf

pd: in the file configuration (phpgroupware/setup/), in the step 1:
Enter the full path for temporaly files: i wrote  --> c:\php\uploadtemp;
these is my configuration, i check that the uploadtemp directory keep in
all permission, read, write.  its ok!!
what is wrong man?  please help me

i need to know what is the apache user in windows. and grant him
permissions.
