Hi all,

We have finally sorted out our server problems.  We will have a brand
new GNU box in the next few hours.  It is currently being built.  We
also have free bandwidth in a FSF colo.  It should be up and running in
less than 24hrs.

There is a catch - the box is being custom built and will cost ~800 USD.

Just to give you an idea of what phpGW is worth.  I ran sloccout (see
http://www.dwheeler.com/sloccount/)on the 16 branch (with some head
apps), it has valued phpGW at around 8mil USD.  In addition to this you
get almost 24/7 support.  

I ask all users to dig deep and throw in what they can to help phpGW and
the FSF.  I know some of us live in coutries where the pay is crap and
the exchange rate is even worse, but what ever you can afford will be
greatly appreciated.

If you wish to donate, please email me off list, and tell me how much
you wish to donate, we can accept USD, EUR, YEN, CAD and GBP.  I will
keep a list of those who have pledged and mark you off when the money
comes thru.  You will get a nice warm fuzzy feeling inside, and your
name on the new website.

All payments will be going to the person's paypal account who has
shelled out for the box.  I would just like to know who is donating and
how much, so we do go overboard, or I know to crack the whip in a few days.
