Easy....mysql
update phgw_accounts set password=md5('yournewpassword') where
account_lid='adminloginname';
OR SOMETHING OF THE LIKE!
You should know how are your passwords encrypted, for the basic support
i 'THINK' the above should work.
Backup first, try on a test install...tinkle with the idea.
