I am very sorry that I am of no help in this bug:
Firstly, I am no longer maintaining sitemgr, since my current situation does 
not leave me time for it.
But I'd given it a try, if I had any clue. But I think this bug must be handled 
by someone familiar with how phpgroupware handles LDAP.

SiteManager is unmantained?! I'm using phpgw for 2 site at work, and one
site for an nonprofit organization, loving the integration of phpgw
with a simple but well integrated CMS like sitemgr, and now seems that
is unmantained?!

A question, and i fear the answer: sitemgr will work in the upcoming
.16 release?!
