[Phpgroupware-users] looking for an application to enable ordering via phpgw

Hi @phpgroupware,

I would like to have an application which can be used to offer ordering 
mechanisms to users of phpgroupware.

It should present a webform with 20 fields (each one editable in the prefs 
by admin) and a file upload button.
The target directory of the upload should be editable, and the content of 
the form fields should
a) be sent via email
b) be written into a database.

The app should also look up the user that uses it and write the name into 
the email and database.

So here is my question:

Is there already an ongoing project on an application like this?

If not, is there anyone out there willing to write such an application in a 
sponsored project?
