[Phpgroupware-users] upgrade from 0.9.14.006 to 0.9.16.003

Hello,

I just tried to upgrade my db from 0.9.14.006 through setup in a fresh 
install of 0.9.16.003 on a new server. Some of the tables appear not to 
have been completely updated, as I got the following error when trying to 
access calendar:

Database error: lock(Array, write) failed.
MySQL Error: 1146 (Table 'pwa_gw.phpgw_cal_extra' doesn't exist)

Session halted.

Any suggestions? I have tried to upgrade installs a couple times, but 
always end up having to just go back to the old version... the new version 
is SOOOO nice tho! I really want to upgrade!
