[Phpgroupware-users] Projects mod...getting a blank screen.

I have recently installed/configured phpgroupware (0.9.16.005).  I
expect my company will eventually find it very valuable.  However, I
can't seem to get the "projects" app working correctly.  Every time I
try to "add" a project" the next page I get is blank.  Has this come
up before?  I haven't found much on this issue. I have created
activities already as that is plastered everywhere as essential. I
have the "error logs" set to debug.  The last message I get regarding
'projects' is:
