[Phpgroupware-users] Installation error

Hi all,

I'm french and I don't speak english very well but I tried to explain my 
problem when I install phpGroupware.

I download phpgroupware-0.9.16.011.zip on Sourceforge and I upload extracted 
files on my FTP (ftpperso.free.fr) but when I try to install phpgroupware, I 
obtain this a blank page with this message :
