I completely confirm that.
It was sufficient to put 'loglevel none' insted of the default debian
'loglevel 0' that disable log completely.
I've got a bounch of:
Sep 12 15:21:55 invernomuto slapd[8811]: <= bdb_equality_candidates:
(phpgwAccountID) index_param failed (18)
Sep 12 15:21:55 invernomuto slapd[8811]: <= bdb_equality_candidates:
(phpgwGroupID) index_param failed (18)
and so i've added to slapd.conf:
index phpgwAccountID eq
index phpgwGroupID eq
and voilĂ , now phpgw fly...
