[phpGroupWare-users] Projects: Can't enter activities

I am not able to create a new project without entering billable activities, but 
can't see where I enter what those activities could be.... any help? 
It looks like I'm supposed to select from a list when creating the new project, 
but where do I create the list to pick from?
Would really appreciate any insights.
