Summary: Digger/Bridger reverse trick doesn't work very well

Original Submission: If one needs to reverse a single pingu it is possible to
do that by digging a small hole, make the digger into a bridger, let the
bridger collide will the wall and turn around by that.

Currently this is nearly impossible, either the hole is to small and the
bridger builds out of the hole or the hole is to large and the pingu will not
get out of it. It actually seems to be possible to make that, but its really a
pixel operation and should be easier.

Not sure where to fix this, either make the builder less tolerant to
surrounding groud or change the shape of the digger path a bit.
