Summary:  XML-unparser does not handle special characters correctly.

Original Submission:  Unparsing <>&<> gives &lt;&gt;&<> instead of the expected 
&lt;&gt;&amb;&lt;&gt;. This is a problem when creating levels with multiple 
authors.
The unparser should handle special characters generally - not just handling 
specific cases.
