Currently prefabs are their own category, which is bad for obvious reasons,  
they should be sorted into other available categories, most importantly  
prefab-entrances should be available under entrances, replacing the raw  
hotspot based entrances.

The prefab category itself should be reserved for regular groundpiece and  
hotspot prefabs, that don't serve any function aside from decoration.
