Hello,

I have commited a change in the download tab, so the sources list doesn't call 
to clear() in the updateSources, i think it is better for the upcoming beta 
release.

However, I think that this code continues to use too much CPU, because in fact 
there are two loops anidated. Please, test it if you can, and tell me what do 
you think. Maybe a solution is to allow the user configure the update time 
interval.
