[platform-testers] GMP-ECM 7 release candidate

       Dear all,

I am happy to announce a first release candidate for GMP-ECM 7, which will
bring major improvements:

* GMP-ECM can now use GPUs for stage 1 (contributed by Cyril Bouvier)
* the ECM library is now thread safe (see the ecmfactor demo program)
* major improvements in stage 1 using new parameters and batch mode

The release candidate is available from:
