I don't think it's died. Rather it has simply concluded. Everyone
has stated his/her opinion. Unsuprisingly, there is no concensus. Ben
is the maintainer, so we're just waiting for him to make a decision.
In the meantime, there's no reason why the web pages need to be held
up. We can use a placeholder for the logo and slip in the "official"
one when it's announced.
