Details:
This change makes the following improvements:
* Explain how very long strings are stored in a data file.
* Correct descriptions of data types and describe how PSPP actually detects
integer and floating-point formats.
* Make it easier to understand the record ordering.
* Don't try so hard to make the format descriptions look like C structs.
* Define "dictionary index".
* Reformat list of format types to make it easier to read.
* Combine value labels record, value labels variable record into a single
section, for clarity.
* Rename "auxiliary variable parameter record" to "variable display parameter
record", which is more descriptive.
* General proofreading.
I have a followup change that improves the sys-file-reader and
sys-file-writer code. It's not quite ready yet.
