About a billion years ago, before I discovered GNU, I used to
build GUI software for Windows (just as a hobbyist thing for my
own personal use, really). I don't remember the dialog box
builders for Windows being as nasty. Borland's Resource Workshop
was pretty darned usable, if I recall correctly.
