pspp 0.6.1 to windows

Hello,

I've just finish an installer for the pspp-0.6.1 compiled to windows.
The problem with the glade files was fixed with the idea of Unknown-1,
the annoying dos box was removed with the -Wl,-subsystem,windows
option passed to LDFLAG.

The installer can be download at
www.cecaps.ufmg.br/pspp/files/setup-pspp-0.6.1_1.exe .

The site with some informations is www.cecaps.ufmg.br/pspp .

It will be nice if the installer appears on the pspp site, so that
windows users will be able to download it.
