A new PSPP potfile is available in:
http://benpfaff.org/~blp/pspp-0.7.3-gc6308e.tar.gz
Harry Thijssen pointed out that the last one that I sent
(pspp-0.7.3.pot) was missing some strings that should have been
included, due to a bug in the packaging. This update should fix
that problem. (It doesn't change much else.)
