For some time now I patch the message so it points out how to find the
manual local on the PC. But it is still an error message. I guess it
is possible to change the menu item to the text pointing to the
manual, but I am not sure if this is a good idea because the user
interface would nog longer be identical for different OS users and
screenshots differ etc. On the other hand it is not a drastic
difference.

What are your thoughts about this?
