New Role Icons

I'm not sure if the Input/Output/Both icons are really intuitive.  
Do you think that they convey the meaning?

Perhaps something like this :
 http://openclipart.org/detail/22261/out-of-the-box-by-nicubunu

would make people realise what it meant.  Obviously it would have
to be done in a style to match the others.
