crash when using gtk3 mswindows build

Hi

I am getting an crash when export from the output window. Message:

Glib-gio-error ** no gsettings schemas are installed on the system but

I already installed gsettings-desktop-schemas   +devel, but that didn't help.  What is missing?

I guess it should be checked in the config step too.
