Hi
What does this code from configure do? It forces the switch of PSQL
support to no. Why?
=================
I don't think that is what it is intended to do. It attempts to link against
libpq. If that fails, then it sets PSQL support to no. It is possible that the
logic in the PSQL macros are not quite correct for cross compilation. I haven't
tried recently.
