On https://www.gnu.org/software/pspp/ is the line

GNU PSPP is a program for statistical analysis of sampled data. It is a Free replacement for the proprietary program SPSS, and appears very similar to it with a few exceptions.

I would like to propose changing the word "Free" in a hyperlink to https://www.gnu.org/philosophy/free-sw.html

Maybe this could help changing the mindset of people from free in the meaning of without paying money to the meaning of freedom.
