I'm basing this on https://translationproject.org/latest/pspp/, where I
don't see cs.po or en_GB.po.
The en_GB.po translation I was maintaining myself. I must have a look to
see if it needs any attention. Last time I looked it dealt mainly with the
word "color" which I translated to "colour" (how British people like to see
it). So, yes---this one is maintained locally.
The cs.po is a peculiar case. We don't (yet) have anyone actively contributing
a Czech translation. However sometime ago, somebody offered a couple of
strings to the .desktop file. At that time, this file was not internationalised
using gettext like the rest of PSPP. Since then we have converted it to do so.
If any when somebody contributes a cs.po through TP then we can remove this one.
Until then, it is just exists locally with just 2 translated strings.
