Thanks for the reports.
I did some testing on MSWindows 7 and can reproduce
GDI32.dll issue. Strange enough if the 32 bit build works on
the same MSWindows 64 environment. The same problem exists
at least from the start of this year. As Michel already
pointed out there are reports of the same issue with
other software from years ago.
It looks as a Microsoft bug.

I can't reproduce this. Basically it is an unzip of the
files, so I don't see a reason to slow down.

I've tried the 64bits version and everything worked without a problem. I'm using Windows 10 for the tests. It seems this is a problem caused by both 64bits and Windows 7, as I could find other errors in other projects, like: https://github.com/lightspark/lightspark/issues/454
Since Windows 7 is no longer supported, maybe one of our dependencies dropped suport for it?
