Hi Mindaugas,
very nice! Maybe it is a bit confusing but you can try it yourself. When you
open the gui
and open the help page, then your favourite browser should open and you see
the pspp web page. Now the point: If you do not install the html, then pspp will
fetch the help from the internet. Therefore you should always install the html.
It is
not like the usual documentation that only few people read from the share
location.
Or is the html now installed as default when you install pspp?
